Zucchini Quiche

1 cup Bisquick

1 cup onion (chopped)

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

4 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 teasp. Salt

1/2 teasp. Seasoned saIt

1/2 teasp. Oregano Zuc

1/2 teasp. Pepper

1 clove garlic (minced)

3 cups shredded Zucchini

Combine all ingredients, adding Zucchini last.

Grease 9x 13 pan, spread evenly Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Add layer of Mozzarella Cheese on top for last 10 minutes.
