Squishy squash

3 Yellow squash ( Bardstown Road Farmers’ Market )

1 Large sweet onion

Olive Oil

Basil (CSA Henry Co.l)

Onion Salt

Garlic powder

Thinly slice the squash and the onion, Add olive oil to large pan to cover the bottom

Sauté the onion first until soft, then add squash and occasionally stir until squash is soft.

Add salt and garlic and more olive oil to suit your taste. Put into serving dish and garnish with chopped basil.
