1 large cucumber, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 Tablespoon dried chopped onion
3 Tablespoons Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Combine sour cream, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper in bowl. Add cucumber slices and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours, or overnight to meld flavors.
Recipe can be doubled.
