1 Dozen Large Eggs (Dreamcatcher Farms)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp. white pepper
1 T. yellow mustard
1 T. spicy brown mustard
¾ c. Mayo ( or more if too thick)
Dash paprika
Boil Eggs ( 10 minutes medium high heat)
Peel, halve, and mash yolks with a fork
Add remaining ingredients and beat w/ Electric mixer until smooth
Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves and sprinkle with paprika
Best served cold
