Zucchini Appetizers

1 C. biscuit mix

3 C. shredded zucchini

½ C. finely chopped onion

½ C. grated Parmesan cheese

2 T. snipped fresh parsley

¼ t. salt

¾ t seasoned salt

¼ t. dry oregano

Dash black pepper

1 clove garlic, chopped

4 eggs, beaten

Mix all ingredients. Turn into a 13” x 9” pan and bake in a preheated 375 oven for 25-30 minutes. Cut in 1 inch squares and serve warm or at room temperature. May be frozen successfully.
