"Bleu"Grass Club Sandwich

5 strips of bacon (Feidler farms)

5 slices of biscuit sized country ham (Clifty Farms)

10 slices of thin cut turkey (Clifty Farms)

½ C. of crumbled smoked bleu cheese (Kenny’s Farmhouse cheese)

7 sliced of cheddar cheese ( Kenny’s Farmhouse cheese)

½ of a tomato (cut) (Conrad/Hambley Farms)

¼ of an onion (cut) (Simpsonville Farms)

Lettuce ( if desired)

Mayo ( if desired)

1 loaf of Caibatta Bread (Lotsa Pasta)

Bake bread at 375 for 10 minutes

Prepare bacon and ham, by frying

Slice tomatoes and onions

Slice bread in half lengthwise

Press bleu cheese into bottom half of loaf

Add other ingredients

Enjoy!!

If you like cruncher bread, then slice in half and toast for 15 minutes.
