Preheat oven to 350
Grease a 8 x 11 inch glass dish
3 C. fresh corn
¼ C. melted butter, cooled
8 eggs
1 ½ c. Cream
1/8 t. white pepper
¼ t. salt
¼ C. sugar
Mix all ingredients…except corn. Whisk them well. Add corn, stir to mix. Immediately pour into glass dish. Bake @ 350 degrees..50 minutes to 1 hour. It will be lightly golden. Should move like jello but shouldn’t be soupy
